This one is a little unusual. The home on offer is part of a whole house. Downstairs offers one bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, large living area, bathroom, kitchen and dining area.

Also downstairs is the internal laundry, second bathroom and storeroom.

Via internal stairs at the rear you access part of upstairs, which offers a third bathroom and toilet and second bedroom. The remaining part of the upstairs area is locked off and excluded from the tenancy.

The house is situated on a large property. The yard included in the tenancy is approx. 800m2 and not separately fenced. There is a shared driveway.

Horse agistment is available at the back of the property, at an additional cost (you would liase directly with the owners on this).

There is solar at the property. The solar credits are passed onto the owners.

Pets would be considered, however the yard is not separately fenced so tenants would be responsible to make the yard adequate to secure any pets.
